B) Judgment on multiple lawsuits or claims involving multiple parties. When an action brings more than one claim for relief, either as a lawsuit, counterclaim, cross-claim or third-party lawsuit, or when several parties are involved, the court can make final judgment on one or more claims or parties, but less than all, only if the court expressly determines that there is no just reason for the delay. Otherwise, any order or other decision, regardless of its designation, that resolves less than all claims or the rights and liabilities of less than all parties does not end the action with respect to any of the claims or parties and may be reviewed at any time before a judgment is issued that resolves all the claims and all the rights and responsibilities of the parties.
